INTRODUCTION: Science and medicine are good, but the Word of God is living, powerful, sharp, and quick. It is able to sever marrow from bone and spirit from flesh…” (Hebrews 4:12) To treat our symptoms is helpful, but by faith, I invite us to apply the Word of God so that we are not only healed, but that we are made whole. Prayer and meditation on the following Scripture verses can be helpful in our search for healing and wholeness of heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit:
EXODUS 15:26- “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right…I will put none of these diseases upon you which I have brought on the Egyptians.”
DEUTERONOMY 7:15- “…And the LORD will take away from you all sickness…”
JOB 33:25—”His flesh shall be young like a child’s. He shall return to the days of His youth.”
PSALM 30:2- “O LORD my God, I cried out to You, and you healed me.”
PSALM 103:3- “You forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases.”
PSALM 107: 20 – “He sent His Word and healed them.”
PROVERBS 3:7b-8- “Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.”
JEREMIAH 30:17- “…For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the LORD.”
ISAIAH 53:5 – “But He was wounded for our transgressions, and He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we were healed.”
3RD JOHN 1-2- “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health even as your soul prospers.”
JAMES 5:14-16- “Is anyone among you sick? Let them call for the elders of the church and let them pray over them anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up. And if they have committed sins, they will be forgiven. Confess your sins one to another and pray for one another that you may be healed. The effective fervent prayer of the righteous avails much.”
PSALM 6:-2-4 – “Have mercy on me, O LORD, for I am weak. O LORD, heal me for my bones are troubled. My soul also is troubled; but You, O LORD, how long? Return O LORD, and deliver me! Oh, save me for Your mercies’ sake.”
MATTHEW 17:17-18: “…And Jesus said to them: “Bring the child here to me.” Jesus rebuked the demon and it came out of him. And the boy was cured from that very hour.”
REVELATION 21:2b: “The leaves of the trees are for the healing of the nations.”
PRAYER: Jehovah Rophe’ please heal us and we shall be healed. Save us and we shall be saved. For You are the God of our praise. In the name of Yeshua-Ha-Messiach we/I give thanks for the fulfillment of these promises in each of our lives. HALLELUJAH…AMEN!
